2 pairs Landjäger, each cut crosswise into three pieces
6 dried figs, cut in half
100 g baguettes, in 6 slices, halved
4 long wooden skewers

Balsamic mayo

3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
1 pinch salt
a little pepper

Thread the Landjäger, figs and bread alternately onto the wooden skewers.


Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.

Balsamic mayo

Combine the mayonnaise and balsamic, season. Serve with the kebabs.
