How it's done
Thread the Landjäger, figs and bread alternately onto the wooden skewers.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
Combine the mayonnaise and balsamic, season. Serve with the kebabs.
