2tbsp butter
3slices toast bread (approx. 70 g), cut into cubes
1tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1tsp curry powder
¼tsp salt

How it's done

Croutons

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Toast the bread cubes for approx. 2 mins. until golden. Mix the coriander, curry and salt in a bowl, add the croutons, mix.

Tip: Instead of toast bread, use dark bread or lye rolls.
