4 wooden skewers, soaked in water, dabbed dry
How it's done
Thread 2 bacon rashers and chicken onto each skewer in a wavy design.
Grill the chicken skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Rub one side of the sliced bread with garlic, sprinkle with Parmesan, grill with the lettuce for approx. 2 mins.
Mix the mustard with all the remaining ingredients. Plate up the lettuce and chicken skewers, drizzle with the dressing, serve with the grilled bread.
