4 chicken breasts (approx. 170 g each), cut crosswise into slices approx. 1 cm thick
1 organic lemon, use grated zest only
1tbsp thyme leaf, finely chopped
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt
12slices fried bacon, halved
2 peaches, cut into slices
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for approx. 30 mins.

How it's done


Mix the chicken with the lemon zest, thyme, oil and salt. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Thread the chicken and peach slices alternately onto the skewers.

To grill the kebabs

Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 10 mins. all over.
