Chia pudding is a fabulous, healthy breakfast alternative for anyone in a rush in the morning. This pudding can be prepared the night before and will be ready to serve the following morning. This delicious matcha pudding with chia seeds has a pleasant, subtle taste of green tea and makes an ideal breakfast dish. 500 ml almond drink or other vegan milk
1 ½ tsp matcha powder
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup (as desired)
70 g chia seeds


1 handful blueberry
50 g strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted

In a large bowl, whisk the vegan milk, matcha powder and maple syrup until the matcha powder has dissolved. Add the chia seeds, mix well, leave to stand for approx. 15 mins. Mix thoroughly once again, divide into 4 bowls, cover and refrigerate for min. 6 hrs. or ideally overnight.


Decorate the pudding with the toppings shortly before serving.

Good to know
Tip: A little coconut yoghurt will give this chia pudding an unexpected twist.
