1 tbsp olive oil
250 g ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling (f.ex. heart shaped ravioli Naturaplan)


100 g crème fraîche
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 courgette, coarsely grated
½ tsp salt
a little pepper

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the ravioli, stir fry for approx. 5 mins.


Add the crème fraîche, lemon juice and courgette, season and mix.
