Sauce

80g crème fraîche
2tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
¼tsp salt

Tarte flambée

1 rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 260 g)
100g red peppers, cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide
80g carrots, coarsely grated
1tin corn kernels (approx. 140 g), rinsed, drained
1 baby lettuce, thinly sliced

How it's done

Sauce

Mix the crème fraîche and pesto, season with salt.

Tarte flambée

Spread the sauce on top of the tarte flambée. Top with the pepper, carrot, sweetcorn and lettuce.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
