Energy balls are the perfect in-between snack. Thanks to the pumpkin seeds, this particular recipe is particularly high in protein, while the matcha and dates provide the necessary energy boost. How it's done
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz to create a dough-like mixture. Shape the mixture into 12 equal balls.
Toss the balls in matcha powder and/or raspberry powder.
