Vegetables

a little oil
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, cut into strips
1 courgette, cut into cubes
½ tbsp Seasoning preparation for meat (e.g. Coop spicy meat seasoning)
salt to taste

Fajitas

4 flour tortillas
2 tbsp crème fraîche
1 avocado, cut into pieces

Vegetables

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the pepper, onion and courgette, stir fry for approx. 3 mins. Season the vegetables. Remove the pan from the heat.

Fajitas

Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions, spread the crème fraîche over the tortillas, top with the vegetables and avocado. Roll up the tortillas.

Good to know
Tip: Serve with lime and fresh coriander.
