How it's done
Place the garlic and oil in a small pan (the garlic should be approx. 1/2 covered), heat gently, fry the garlic until golden brown. Leave the garlic to cool in the oil.
Place the chickpeas and remaining ingredients in a blending cup, add the garlic oil and very finely puree.
|Tip:||for a particularly smooth and creamy hummus, first remove the skins from the chickpeas.|
|Serve with:||pomegranate seeds|
