2 tbsp olive oil
2 passion fruit, pulp scooped out
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
a little pepper
1 mango, sliced
150 g radishes, thinly sliced
3 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into thin rings
½ bunch basil, finely chopped

How it's done


Mix the oil, passion fruit seeds and ginger in a bowl, season. Mix in the mango, radish, spring onions and basil.
