Pizza

1 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 330 g)
4tbsp crème fraîche
200g king oyster mushrooms, sliced
150g mozzarella, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Pizza

Roll out the dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Spread with crème fraîche. Top with mushrooms and mozzarella, season.

Bake

for approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
