2 chicken breasts (approx. 150 g, cut into cubes
2 ½ dl coconut milk
6 tbsp Karma Bio Tikka Masala Sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 bag stir-fry vegetables
salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Combine the chicken with 2 tbsp of coconut milk and 2 tbsp of tikka masala sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken for approx. 5 mins. Add the remainder of the coconut milk, tikka masala sauce and the vegetables, season, simmer for approx. 5 mins.

Good to know
Serve with: Rice or naan bread.
