Crunchy mixture

100g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
50g almonds, coarsely chopped
50g cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
2tbsp coconut flakes
2tbsp linseed
4tbsp honey
4tbsp sunflower oil
1 organic orange, use grated zest only
1 ½tsp cinnamon
1pinch salt

Winter muesli

1 apple, coarsely grated
2tbsp cranberries
21g Karma gefriergetrocknete Früchte Crispy Berries & Apple
6dl almond drink

How it's done

Crunchy mixture

Mix all the ingredients up to and including the salt, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 18 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.

Winter muesli

Divide the crunchy paleo mixture between 4 bowls. Mix in the apple, cranberries and freeze-dried fruit, pour in the almond milk.
