Turkey

oil, for frying
300 g turkey breast, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide
a little pepper

Teriyaki sauce

1 ½ tbsp sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, squeezed
3 cm ginger, grated
1 tsp Maizena cornflour

Turkey

Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the turkey breast for approx. 3 mins., season.

Teriyaki sauce

Combine the sugar with all the other ingredients up to and including the cornflour, add to the turkey, simmer for approx. 3 mins. while stirring.

Good to know
Serve with: Rice
Tip: Cut 1 spring onion, including green part, into thin rings and sprinkle on top.
