For a flan tin approx. 30 cm in diameter
How it's done
Place the dough and baking paper in the flan tin, firmly prick the base with a fork. Mix the cheese with the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture over the base.
Approx. 30 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin and serve warm.
|Tip:||Make the cheese flan with tomatoes and diced bacon.|
