Dough

500g multi grain flour
1tsp salt
½tsp sugar
½cube yeast (approx. 20 g)
100g dried sour apricots, roughly chopped
100g dried apple segments, roughly chopped
50g almonds
3 ½dl milk water (1/2 milk, 1/2 water)

Shape

1tbsp milk
1tbsp sesame seeds

How it's done

Dough

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients up to and including the almonds. Add the liquid, mix and knead into a soft dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1½ hrs. until doubled in size.

Shape

Divide the dough into 12 portions, shape into round bread rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake

Place the tray in the centre of an oven preheated to 240°C. Immediately reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for approx. 20 mins. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
