2 avocados, halved, sliced
½ Chinese cabbage, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
100 g smoked salmon (in slices), torn
200 g plain cottage cheese (plain)

Salad dressing

1 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp chervil, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
a little chervil to garnish

How it's done


Mix together the ingredients, serve on 4 plates.

Salad dressing

Combine all the ingredients, season. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, garnish with the chervil.
