Mac'n'Cheese

200 g elbow macaroni (fine)
6 dl milk
¾ tsp salt
100 g grated Gruyère
a little pepper
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Mac'n'Cheese

Add the macaroni, milk and salt to a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 7 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the cheese, continue cooking the macaroni for approx. 3 mins. while stirring, season, add the parsley, serve immediately.

Good to know
Tip: Grate the zest of half an organic lemon over the dish.
