250 g tortelloni with spinach & ricotta filling
salted water boiling


40 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
2 figs, thinly sliced
2 tbsp butter
2 sprigs sage, leaves torn off

Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain.


Without adding any oil, toast the nuts in a frying pan for approx. 3 mins., set aside. Add the sliced figs to the same pan, fry on both sides for approx. 1 min., remove, set aside. Heat the butter in the same pan. Add the sage, heat until the butter foams, smells nutty and the sage leaves are crispy. Add the tortelloni, mix carefully, top with reserved nuts and figs.

Good to know
Tip: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
