Muesli

180g whole-grain rolled oats
1 apple, grated
2 ½dl almond drink
200g natural soya desserts
25g raisins
1tbsp walnuts, chopped
2tbsp flaked almonds
1tbsp cane sugar
1tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp orange juice

Toppings

50g raspberries
50g blueberries
50g strawberries
1 banana, sliced
50g pomegranate seeds
1tsp coconut flake
1tsp chia seeds
1tbsp mixed nuts, chopped

How it's done

Muesli

Mix all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Toppings

Serve the muesli in bowls, top with the berries, bananas and remaining ingredients.
