Muesli

9tbsp rolled oats
9tbsp popped amaranth
2tbsp flaked almonds
2tbsp Karma Coconut Chips Sweet
2 ½tbsp maple syrup
¼tsp cinnamon
1pinch Himalayan salt

Topping & garnish

1 mango, diced
250g blueberries
2tsp white almond cream
2dl almond drink
2dl rice drinks
4 ice cubes
2tsp coconut palm sugar

How it's done

Muesli

Mix all the ingredients, toast in a wide-bottomed pan for approx. 8 mins. until golden brown. Leave to cool.

Topping & garnish

Spoon the muesli into bowls, top with the mango, berries and 1 tsp of almond cream. Puree the cold almond milk and rice drink with the remaining almond cream, ice cubes and coconut palm sugar, pour over the muesli, serve immediately.
