Mousse

250 g mixed berries (e.g. blackberries, raspberries and blackcurrants)
80 g icing sugar
1 vanilla pod, cut lenghtwise, seeds scratched out
3 leaf gelatine, immersed in cold water for approx. 5 mins., drained
1 tbsp water, boiling
300 g plain greek yoghurt

Fill into glasses

100 g biscuits (e.g. Nussstängeli, roughly chopped)

To decorate

100 g mixed berries (e.g. blackberries, raspberries and blackcurrants)

4 glasses, each approx. 150 ml

How it's done

Mousse

Puree the berries with the icing sugar and the vanilla seeds. Dissolve the gelatine in the water, mix together with 2 tbsp of the mixture and immediately stir into the remaining mixture. Stir in the yoghurt.

Fill into glasses

Fill the glasses with the mousse and biscuits in alternating layers, cover and leave to set in the fridge for approx. 2 hrs.

To decorate

Decorate the trifle with berries.
