Pasta

250g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
salted water, boiling

Dressing

3tbsp white balsamic vinegar
4tbsp olive oil
1 organic lemon, use just half of grated zest
to taste salt
to taste pepper

Salad

1glass grilled vegetables in oil
5 dried tomatoes in oil
120g mozzarella pearl
50g pitted black olives
2tbsp pine nuts, toasted
90g rocket

How it's done

Pasta

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain.

Dressing

Mix the balsamic, oil and lemon zest in a bowl, season. Add the pasta.

Salad

Add the grilled vegetables and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
