paneer

400g paneer, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick
8 wooden skewers
3tbsp toasted sesame oil
2tbsp sesame seeds
1tbsp curry powder
¼tsp chilli flakes
¼tsp salt

To serve

2 limes, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into segments
½bunch coriander, roughly chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings

How it's done

Combine the oil and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, brush the paneer with the marinade, place in the grill tray.

Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the paneer over/on a medium heat (approx. 220°C) for approx. 4 mins. on each side.

To serve

Serve the paneer with the lime wedges, coriander and chilli.
