How it's done
Mix the tomato puree with all the other ingredients.
|Tip:||Cover half of the marinade and place in the fridge. Coat approx. 600 g of meat (e.g. steaks or cutlets) or chicken with the remaining marinade and leave in the fridge to marinate for approx. 3 hours. Wipe off the marinade, season the meat, barbecue and coat with the reserved marinade after barbecuing.|
