T-bone steaks

2 T-bone steak (each approx. 600 g and 4 cm thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
a little pepper

Asparagus

600 g green asparagus, cut off the lower woody ends
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ lemon, use only the juice

T-bone steaks

Brush the T-bone steaks with oil, season. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the steaks over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side, keep warm for approx. 10 mins.

Asparagus

Mix the asparagus with the oil. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side, season with salt. Drizzle with lemon juice, serve with the T-bone steak.
