Roasted tomatoes

300g different coloured cherry tomatoes
1tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, sliced
½tsp sugar
½tsp salt
a little pepper

Spätzli

½tbsp olive oil
300g Naturaplan Betty Bossi Gemüse-Spätzli
150g burrata
½bunch basil, finely chopped
½tsp salt
a little pepper
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Roasted tomatoes

Mix the tomatoes with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.

Spätzli

Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the spätzli for approx. 5 mins. Serve roasted tomatoes and burrata with the spätzli, sprinkle with basil, season.
