Chilli sauce

90g Betty Bossi Chilipaste
100g Mascarpone
50g dried tomatoes, quartered
½tsp salt
a little pepper


300g Naturaplan Betty Bossi Tagliatelle
salted water, boiling

How it's done

Chilli sauce

Combine the chilli paste and mascarpone in a frying pan and heat gently. Add the tomatoes, season.


Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for approx. 2 mins. until al dente, add 3 tbsp of cooking liquid to the sauce, mix well. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce.

Good to know
Tip: Add basil.
Note: The pasta is a little bit spicy.
