Chicken

½ tbsp oil for frying
4 chicken carbonnade
½ tsp salt
a little pepper
1 ½ dl Naturaplan Bio Betty Bossi Napoli Sauce
150 g mozzarella, sliced
a little salt

To gratinate

3 sprig basil, leaves torn off

Utensils

One ovenproof dish (approx. 1 ½ l) or one round tray (approx. 21 cm in diameter, greased).

Chicken

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the chicken in batches over a medium heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side, season and place in the prepared tin. Drizzle over the tomato sauce, scatter over the basil and mozzarella, season with salt.

To gratinate

Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, Sprinkle the basil over the top.
