½tbsp oil for frying
4 chicken carbonnade
½tsp salt
a little pepper
1 ½dl Naturaplan Bio Betty Bossi Napoli Sauce
3sprigs basil, roughly chopped, 1 tbsp set aside
150g mozzarella, sliced
a little salt

One wide baking dish (holding approx. 2 l), greased

How it's done


Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the chicken in batches over a medium heat for approx. 2 mins. on each side, season and place in the prepared tin. Drizzle over the tomato sauce, scatter over the basil and mozzarella, season with salt.

To gratinate

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Sprinkle the reserved basil over the top.
