12 chipolatas
1 courgette, halved lengthwise, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
1 red pepper, halved, quartered
100g mushrooms
4 wooden skewers
1tbsp olive oil
2tsp Italian herb mix

How it's done


Thread the chipolatas and vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers. Mix the oil and herbs, use to coat the meat and vegetables.

Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
