½tbsp oil
400g salmon fillets without skin, cut into strips approx. 2 cm wide
1tsp salt
a little pepper

Tortilla wraps

4 wheat tortillas
170g Karma Guacamole
100g baby spinach
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done


Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the salmon all over for approx. 4 mins., remove, season.

Tortilla wraps

Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Spread the guacamole over the tortillas, top with the salmon and spinach, fold in and roll up.

Good to know
Tip: Drizzle lemon juice over the guacamole and salmon.
