Fruit filling

80g sponge fingers, broken into pieces
300g raspberries
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp orange juice

Yoghurt mixture

250g protein yoghurt (e.g. YoQua nature)
1dl full cream
2tbsp sugar

To decorate

25g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), finely shaved

Utensils

4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

How it's done

Fruit filling

Divide the sponge fingers between the glasses. Combine half of the raspberries with the sugar and orange juice, crush gently with a fork, spread half of the mixture on top of the sponge fingers.

Yoghurt mixture

Combine the yoghurt, cream and sugar, mix well, fill the glasses with alternate layers of the yoghurt mixture and remaining crushed raspberries. Top with the remainder of the raspberries.

To decorate

Sprinkle the chocolate on top of the tiramisu.

Prepare: Prepare the tiramisu approx. half a day in advance, cover and keep in the fridge.
