One-pot pasta

350g pasta (e.g. orecchiette)
600g Swiss chard, cut into thin strips
3 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings
¾tsp salt
a little pepper
2dl single cream for sauces
6dl water

To serve

150g cherry tomatoes, halved
60g grated Sbrinz
2tbsp pine nuts, toasted
2tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

How it's done

One-pot pasta

Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the water in a pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cook over a medium heat (uncovered) for approx. 15 mins., stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.

To serve

Mix the tomatoes and cheese in with the pasta. Sprinkle the pine nuts and parsley on top.
