Mixture

10 dates, pitted, finely chopped
4tbsp Karma Mandelmus weiss
4tbsp coconut flakes
4tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
4tbsp almonds, finely chopped
1tbsp coconut oil

How it's done

Mixture

Place the dates in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients. With wet hands, shape into approx. 12 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
