Dressing

3tbsp apple vinegar
2tbsp rapeseed oil
a little pepper
¼tsp salt

Tartare

180g dried meat (jerky), diced
40g rocket, roughly chopped
1 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings
1bunch radish, thinly sliced
2tbsp chives, finely chopped

Topping

8slices toast bread, toasted
2tbsp cream cheese

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the vinegar and oil, season.

Tartare

Mix the jerky into the dressing along with all the other ingredients up to and including the chives.

Topping

Spread the cream cheese onto the toast, top with the tartare.
