3 kiwis, cut into pieces
1 tbsp lime juice
100 g baby spinach
3 ½ dl green tea, cold
50 g Medjool dates finely chopped
1 tsp linseed
Purchase ingredients now

Makes approx. 800 ml

How it's done

In a blending cup, puree the kiwis with all the other ingredients up to and including the dates. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with the linseed.
