3 kiwis, cut into pieces
1tbsp lime juice
100g baby spinach
3 ½dl green tea, cold
50g Medjool dates finely chopped
1tsp linseed

How it's done

In a blending cup, puree the kiwis with all the other ingredients up to and including the dates. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and top with the linseed.
