Mixture

50 g icing sugar
1 lime, 1 tbsp juice
1 dl coconut milk
150 g Karma Jocos nature

To decorate

1 kiwi, diced
½ mango, sliced
2 passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out

Mixture

Combine the yoghurt, icing sugar and lime juice in a large stainless steel bowl. Stir in the coconut milk, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs., stirring 3 times.

To decorate

Divide the frozen coconut yoghurt into bowls, top with fruit.

Good to know
Prepare: Prepare the frozen yoghurt approx. 2 days in advance. Transfer to the fridge 30 mins. before serving, stir until smooth.
Serve with: Sweets such as Smarties or gummy bears.
