Dark chocolate

200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
25 g unsalted, shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
25 g cornflakes, crushed

White chocolate

200 g white chocolate, finely chopped
50 g dried apricot, roughly chopped
50 g dried cranberries, roughly chopped

2 baking trays (each approx. 24 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper

Dark chocolate

Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour into the prepared tray. Sprinkle the pistachios and Cornflakes over the top, allow to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.

White chocolate

Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour into the second prepared tray. Sprinkle the dried fruit over the top, allow to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
