Plums

1 kg plum, halved, pitted
1 dl sweet wine (e.g. Moscato)
2 tbsp cane sugar

Crumble

100 g butter, melted
100 g ground almonds
100 g almonds, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp cane sugar

One ovenproof dish (holding approx. 2 l), greased

How it's done

Plums

Mix the plums, wine and sugar, transfer to the prepared tin.

Crumble

Mix the butter, almonds and sugar with a fork until the mixture turns crumbly, spread on top of the plums.

To bake

approx. 20 mins. in the center of an oven preheated to 180°C. remove and allow to cool a little.

Good to know
Serve with: Vanilla ice cream
