Project Manager Sebastian is responsible for digital aspects in the FOOBY team. Unfortunately he doesn't want to reveal his secret ingredient, and he thinks that breakfast is overrated. The smell of cinnamon immediately brings back positive memories, and his favourite comfort food is tiramisu. And if he doesn't like the taste of something, there’s always Sriracha.
As a Project Manager in Coop’s digital area, he is responsible for fooby.ch, the FOOBY app and the newsletter. He’s always open to suggestions for improvement.
What is currently your favourite food?
It may be a bit boring, but a good burger will always bring a smile to my face, including vegetarian!
White wine, red wine or beer?
Beer, although a few glasses of wine also go well with the right food.
What’s your favourite restaurant?
Café de l'Union in Crans-près-Céligny near Nyon. It’s always worth a visit.
Who would you like to share a kitchen with?
Jack Black. He could provide the soundtrack.
What's the most important spice or seasoning in your kitchen?
Chili! As a spice, sauce or classic.
How do your culinary creations start?
If I don't follow a recipe, it’s often using up leftovers with a pinch of luck.
Sriracha has often rescued my meals, more often than I’d like to admit.
