Ideas usually come to me at the most inopportune moments, such as when I'm driving or before I fall asleep.
How and where do you collect your favourite recipes?
I don't have a system. I have a physical folder with printed recipes, Instagram, TikTok, Mac notes, FOOBY app, etc. - so everywhere.
My favourite meal? Spicy chicken pasta, pasta à ragu and summer rolls - I can't decide, sorry.
