Caramelization

All you need is sugar, water and a little instinct.

Caramelization is a reaction of the sweet and bitter kind. Sugar is melted in a pan and stirred constantly until it is golden brown – and caramelized. The main danger here is that the sugar can burn within seconds! However, with our how-to video and a little practice (which we all know makes perfect), you too can make caramel.
