Vegetables & peanuts

1tbsp peanut oil
2 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into thin rings, reserving a little of the green parts
1 red chilli, finely chopped
120g salted, roasted peanuts, ground


4dl vegetable bouillon
1 ½dl full cream
3tbsp dry white vermouth

How it's done

Vegetables & peanuts

Heat the oil and briefly sauté the onions and chilli. Add the peanuts and briefly sauté, stirring.


Pour in the remaining ingredients, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Garnish with the reserved green part of the spring onions.
