This cottage cheese crisps recipe has gone viral on social media. No wonder, as it's made with only two ingredients, takes just five minutes to prepare and tastes divine. 200 g plain cottage cheese
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp Provençal spice mix
1 tsp universal seasoning (e.g. McCormick)

Crisps

Place 12 portions of cottage cheese onto a lined baking tray, leaving plenty of room in between each one. Use the back of a spoon to flatten them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, herbs and seasoning.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 180 °C (convection). Remove, leave the crisps to cool on the tray.
