These tahini oat bars with chocolate and sea salt are the perfect blend of taste and simplicity. The nutty tahini flavour goes beautifully with rich dark chocolate, while a pinch of sea salt elevates the taste to the next level. The bars are super easy and quick to prepare, nutritious, and perfect as a snack for any occasion!

Mixture

250 g tahini (sesame paste)
1 ⅔ dl maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla paste
1 tsp sea salt
160 g rolled oats
100 g almond flour
150 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

One baking tray (approx. 20 x 20 cm), lined with baking pape

How it's done

Mixture

Place the tahini in a bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, mix well. Add the oats, almond flour and chocolate, mix well. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin.

To bake

Approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 175 °C. Remove, sprinkle with the salt, allow to cool slightly. Remove the cake from the tin, leave to cool on a rack.
