Bread

150 g baguettes, cut into 8 slices
1 tbsp olive oil

Camembert

125 g Camembert
1 tbsp liquid honey
¾ tsp caraway seeds, crushed

Anchovies

1 tin anchovy fillet (approx. 50 g), rinsed, drained
2 pinch chilli flakes
1 organic lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tsp of juice

To serve

1 garlic clove, cut in half
½ tsp liquid honey

How it's done

Bread

Place the bread slices on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil.

To bake

Approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly.

Camembert

Crush the cheese on a plate using a fork, place in a bowl. Add the honey and caraway seeds, mix.

Anchovies

Place the anchovy fillets, chilli, lemon zest and juice in a bowl, mix carefully.

To serve

Rub the slices of bread with garlic. Top with the Camembert mixture and anchovies, drizzle with honey.
