Milk

6 dl full-cream milk
2 dl Baileys
80 g white chocolate, finely chopped

White hot chocolate

2 ½ dl full-cream milk
4 marshmallows

For 4 glasses, each approx. 250 ml

Milk

Heat the milk and Baileys in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the chocolate, melt while stirring, pour into the glasses.

White hot chocolate

Heat up and froth the milk in a milk frother, pour into the glasses. Caramelize the marshmallows with the flame on a blowtorch, place on top of the milk foam.

Good to know
Tip: Instead of frothing the milk in a milk frother, heat the milk in a pan and stir constantly with a whisk until the milk is frothy.
