1 glass, approx. 3 dl
How it's done
Cocktail
Pour the sherry into the shaker along with all ingredients up to and including a few ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass, top up with tonic water.
To serve
Garnish the cocktail with mint and fig.
| Note: | The cocktail can also be measured using a tablespoon or teaspoon. 1½ cl is equivalent to 1 tbsp and ½ cl is equivalent to 1 tsp. |

| Tip: | Instead of tonic water you can also use ginger beer. |
| Tip: | If fresh figs are not in season, use dried ones. |
