4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml
How it's done
Cream
Place the espressos, icing sugar and cream in a bottle (approx. 500 ml), seal tightly and shake until a creamy mixture is formed.
To serve
Divide the espresso between the glasses, pour the cream on top, serve.
| Tip: | Instead of using a bottle, the cream can also be made in a bowl and whipped until frothy using the whisk on a mixer. |
